Reporting a disabled parking violation is quick and easy! Simply pull out your phone, start Parking Mobility and take the following three photos:

  • the rear of the vehicle (license plate and make/model of vehicle)
  • the parking spot showing both the vehicle and the disabled parking signs
  • the front windshield of the vehicle showing no disabled placard or ID

After you take these photos, leave the violating vehicle and submit the report. That’s it!

All three photos are required for a city to use your report in issuing a ticket. Together, they demonstrate that the vehicle was truly in the parking spot without any visible ID permitting the vehicle to be in that spot (license plate, placard, etc).

Once your photos have been submitted, Parking Mobility automatically adds other violation data including time, date, street address and GPS coordinates and immediately submits the report to the city which then issues and mails a ticket to the vehicle’s owner. You will also receive an email copy of the violation report.

When the city collects the fine for the violation, 20% of the fine is donated to your favorite charity!
