You can now save a report to submit at a later time. Simply take the photos showing the violation and then select ‘Submit Later’. The next time you start the app it will remind you to submit the earlier report. This is really useful when the violation occurs when cell phone reception is weak (parking garage, nearby tall buildings, a cloudy day, etc).

Which BlackBerry devices are supported?

When I try to install Parking Mobility it says it’s blocked or can not be installed. Why?
If your Blackberry came with your job, we’d suggest contacting your IT department and asking if they block specific BlackBerry apps from being installed. We find this is fairly common. If it turns out this is the case, your best bet is to explain the goals of Parking Mobility and ask your IT department to permit the installation.
How do I make sure I’m running the newest version of the Parking Mobility app?
Unlike other phones, Blackberry does not automatically notify you when an app update is available. When we release a new version of the Parking Mobility app, we’ll ask you if you want to upgrade. If you choose to upgrade, the latest version will download and your BlackBerry should prompt you to reboot your phone. In the case that your BlackBerry does not ask you to reboot after upgrading, you should do so anyway. It’s not good enough to just turn the phone off-and-on — you must force a reboot by pressing ALT + CAPS + DELETE. This will restart the device without having to pull out the battery.
