James A. Andrus
James is a partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates, a leading international firm of 1800 attorneys and 35 offices spanning the globe. James’ practice includes mergers and acquisitions, investment management and a broad range of corporate finance transactions. James has been an adjunct professor at Seattle University’s Law School and Business School, and he currently serves as President of the King County Bar Association. James’ extensive civic outreach includes board roles with numerous community organizations in the Seattle area.
James provides pro bono legal representation for Parking Mobility within the United States. James earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
